We will modify it until it meets your expectations! Please note that in some cases we will not include changes to something you have already asked us to change.
You can pay by bank transfer. If you live outside Spain, we can provide you with a payment method through Stripe or Paypal. We do not accept payment in cash or bizum and we always issue an invoice.
If you wish to pay in instalments, you can do so as follows:

*Please check below each price or ask us about taxes. We are in the Canary Islands and have tax advantages. One of them is that we do not apply 21% VAT on our invoices, instead we apply 7% I.G.I.C. So our services are cheaper for you.
- We offer you the guarantee that we will make all the necessary adjustments until the website is perfect.
- Once we deliver the website to you, we will still be available to answer your queries, always.
- If the website has an original problem and you notice it months later, we will also take care of it. Even if we pay a lot of attention during the development and we are specialised and have years of experience, the development and design of websites is a complex task and mistakes can creep in.
- So far, in all these years designing websites, no client has asked us for a refund and we have not had to face this situation. We do NOT offer a low cost service, we do not work by volume and we do not sell products but a service. For us you are not just another number. Therefore, we can only refund money for what we have not developed.

We usually do all the design from scratch, using the WordPress Gutenberg block editor as our CMS. This allows us to deliver a website using the most widely used and intuitive content management software in the world.
If you prefer, we can adapt any template you like and change it completely to suit your company.
Of course, the website will be completely yours, with access to all the material and you will also have a licence to any images, icons or artwork we have used. It will be as easy as changing the password to the access panel and we will no longer be able to access it.

Divi and Elementor are slow builders, complicated to handle, to understand, to optimise and with important limitations in the latter.
Currently and for some years now, WordPress and web design in it is evolving towards themes and a global editing experience based on customisable “blocks” that are highly optimised, fast and easy to edit and understand for inexperienced people.
We use (and include premium license) Kadence Theme unless your project requires something extremely specific that this theme can’t do.
Also, unlike other agencies, we don’t use templates, we create them. More info here.
Of course and in some cases we recommend it. Previously Shopify was not recommended due to meaningless complications for inexperienced users or serious shortcomings in terms of SEO optimisation, nowadays they are doing a great job and Shopify is just as recommendable (and more and more) as Woocomerce or Surecart. The main unknowns when choosing one or the other are the type of online product/service you want to sell, as sometimes it will be more advisable to do it with WordPress + SureCart. Don’t worry, we are going to explain everything in detail and in a language you can easily understand so you can make your decision. All this with NO COMMITMENT on your part.
The following timescales are approximate and will depend mainly on your availability, how competitive your target market is and how long it takes you to respond to our enquiries and provide us with the information we need.

If you don’t want to use your own images, we include access to the entire Envato Elements marketplace and you can tell us which images you would like as well as other graphic elements (icons etc). Everything on your website will be licensed for use in connection with the project.
As for the texts, we will determine this before committing to anything. For example, there are sections such as “about us” or “contact” that should come from you, because nobody knows you better. However, if you prefer, we have a lot of experience in writing in the shoes of your potential customers and we can do it for you. You can always edit the texts easily if you decide to change anything over time.
Check here our hosting plans. We include for one year the necessary hosting for your website to work properly. If after the end of the year or before you decide to go to another hosting provider, we will help you as much as possible to migrate it. We really want to make things easier for you and we want you to have no complaints from us.
Of course, we can link your professional email account (ejemplo@tudominio.com) so you can manage it comfortably from your Outlook or Gmail account.
We will also put your social media buttons and if you want, we can integrate your Facebook, Instagram or X (Twitter) feed directly into the page. This way the posts you make will be automatically updated on your website.
No problem, although we include a free yearly hosting plan, we will host your website on the hosting of your choice and review the hosting configuration in case there is anything to optimise or any limitations to the needs and functions of your website. All this at no cost to you.
You don’t need to be self-employed or a company to have your own website. On the other hand, if your idea is to be self-employed and you are going to capitalise your unemployment and take advantage of the “single payment”, we will make you a proforma invoice so that you can present it and use part of your unemployment to hire a web designer.

If your project is simple and does not have advanced functionalities or integrations, it is very easy to maintain and we can teach you how to do it on your own to save costs.
If your project is more advanced or you have an online shop, hiring professional web maintenance is essential.

- We will arrange a meeting to discuss your project or you can send us an email detailing your idea.
- You will receive a quotation and a service contract to protect us mutually. If you agree, you return it to us signed and make the first payment.
- We will maintain communication at all times and ask you for all the necessary information to be able to carry out the project from start to finish. While we wait for you to gather all the information, we will start making the necessary initial preparations for each project.
- You will receive previews and once finished, you will be able to ask us for changes until the design is the way you like it.
- You will receive support whenever you need it and we will teach you how to use your new website so that you can add content in the future or change the information you need, such as opening hours, photos, telephone numbers, colours, etc.

But you should bear in mind that we cannot guarantee that they are 100% up to date with current regulations or that they are completely adapted to the specific circumstances of your business.
