It’s very simple. From your customer area, you can view all your purchase invoices and see if you have any active subscriptions. To cancel, just click on cancel subscription. No questions asked. You have no obligations, no contract, and no commitment to stay or penalty.

Please note that if you cancel your subscription:

  • All blocks and sections that you have already imported to your websites will continue to function, but you will not be able to access our block library and future updates.
  • We will not be able to offer you personalised support.
  • If you decide to return in the future, you will be charged the subscription price at that time.

The subscription price always increases because we are constantly adding new blocks and sections, increasing the value of the service.
However, as long as you maintain your subscription, we will honour the price and the increases will not affect you.

No. The blocks are already structured to help you build clear, professional pages without starting from scratch. You can modify and customise all our sections and blocks without having to touch any code. You don’t need any programming knowledge.

You can use our block collection as long as you have a self-hosted WordPress-based website (no Wix, etc.) and the Kadence Blocks Pro plugin installed and activated.

But…
We STRONGLY recommend using the Kadence theme (or a Kadence child theme). Why? Because most of our templates are designed to work beautifully with the global settings of that theme. It’s like wearing the right team jersey: everything fits better and looks amazing right from the start.

No, our blocks are not compatible with Elementor.
Here’s why: our sections and blocks are specifically designed for the WordPress block editor (Gutenberg) and use the Kadence Blocks plugin. This allows us to offer you super-fast, lightweight blocks that are 100% compatible with the modern block-based WordPress ecosystem (the future for several years now).

Elementor uses a completely different system that makes it incompatible with any block-based design system in WordPress, which we believe fulfilled a need at the time, but has now been left behind technically.

If you are looking for performance, compatibility, and flexibility with other themes that use blocks, this is the right choice!

Your licence is unique and non-transferable. You can use our block library on three different sites at the same time, which is useful if you are working on several projects simultaneously. If you need to use the library on another website, you can deactivate the licence on one of the three sites you are using and activate it on any other.

If you need more simultaneous activations, please contact us and explain your situation.

No. The blocks and sections will adapt to the colours and fonts you have in your active WordPress theme. This allows you to configure the desired style in your theme and then simply import our sections, automatically changing to your brand colours.

We cannot offer exchanges or refunds as our products are digital and you can access them immediately after purchase. We recommend watching our live demo to see what you will receive.

However, if the refund is for a monthly payment beyond the first month and less than 24 hours have passed since the last charge, we will refund the money for that last monthly payment of your FuerteCloud Blocks Pro subscription.
